Hotdog and Scrambled Egg with Tomatoes

Last night during blog hopping i read one post of Rhyheanne in one of her blog (It's not Just A Blog). It is about a dish she ate for late lunch or early dinner. When i saw the photo, i craved for it. So, i decided to try it. This morning, I bought 2 pcs. foot long hotdog, 3 eggs and 2 tomatoes. I divided the hotdog into 3 and fried. What about the eggs? I cooked it the Bicolana way. This is i did:

1. Sliced the tomato and marinate it in salt for 3 minutes.
2. In a pan, i saute the crushed siling labuyo and add the tomatoes.
3. Add the scrambled egg and stir gently.
4. Serve hot.

Hmmm.. Yummy.. Yummy..

Thanks to Rhyheanne. This is the first time i cooked the egg this way.. Haha.. I usually scrambled the egg and fried. Thanks for the ideas Rhyheanne. The total cost of these? 45.00 pesos. Footlong is 10.00 pesos each. 5.00 per egg and 2.00 per tomato.
