spicy fried chicken |
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken breast
4 teaspoon vinegar
4 teaspoon soy sauce
2 gloves garlic
1 pc. crushed siling labuyo
salt and pepper
cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Simmer chicken in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, crushed chili, salt and pepper for 20 minutes or before the chicken is fully cooked.
2. Heat oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
3. Serve with vinegar sauce.
