San Marino Corned Tuna Lumpia

When I woke up this morning, my hubby requested me to cook lumpia. So, i went to the market to buy ingredients:

*1 can of San Marino Chili Corned Tuna (P30.00)
*1 pc. potato (P10.00)
*2 gloves garlic (P2.00)
*1 medium onion (P3.00)
*kinchay (P5.00)
*2 tanda lumpia wrapper (P16.00)

It's cheap right? For only P66.00 pesos i purchased the ingredients for delicious lumpia. Ah! by the way, i forgot to include the oil, magic sarap and black pepper because we already have stocks for it.

So, how do i cook the lumpia? Here it is:
1. In a skillet, i sauteed the garlic, onion and potato.
2. Then i add San Marino Chili Corned Tuna, black  pepper and magic sarap.
3. Stuff Shanghai mixture in wrapper and form into lumpia shape.
4. Fry until crispy.
5. Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce.

Hmmmm... Yummy... Yummy...
