Pork Igado

My viand for today is Pork Igado. Here's the procedure:
  • Saute onions, garlic and red chili in about 1 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  • Add tomatoes just before the garlic and onions turn very light brown.
  • Add the pork strips, and stir fry until pork is light brown.
  • Add the liver and stir until liver is half-cooked.
  • Add ampalaya (bitter gourd) and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add the vinegar, soy sauce and the sugar.
  • Simmer until the meat is cooked.
Here's the result:

Hmmm... Yummy... Yummy...

Food Cost: P65.00 to 75.00 pesos only
